How long does the average kitchen renovation take?

We suggest that customers allow 6-8 weeks from start to finish.

How soon can I have a kitchen designer visit me?

In most cases we can have a professional consultant in your home by the next business day.

I’ve paid the deposit on my kitchen and have changed my mind and want to cancel. Can I get my money back?

There is a 10-day cooling off period. Beyond this period, you have entered into a legal contract which states CNT Kitchen is entitled to retain all reasonable costs and expected margin that would be derived from the job should it have proceeded to completion. The placement of a kitchen order generates significant work including the creation of original designs, check measuring, CAD drawings, and client account management.

What does my warranty cover?

CNT Kitchens meets the Australian and International standard of cabinet construction and is AFRDI approved (Australian Furniture, Research and Development Institute). Standing by our products, all kitchens come with a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty on cabinetry, Portofino Benchtops and our select range of laminate benchtops. We provide a 2-year warranty on appliances and 7-year warranty on all Blum drawers and hinges.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to heat or water, reasonable wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee.

Does CNT Kitchens carry out the installation of my kitchen?

CNT Kitchens is a supply and service company, we can provide tradespeople who are licensed and whose work has been inspected to carry out the installation.

Can we install the kitchen ourselves?

You can install the kitchen yourself, however we strongly recommend using trained experts who are fully licensed and whose work has been inspected. We can recommend preferred sub-contractors and tradespeople.

Can you remove our existing kitchen?

Yes, the site checker can arrange for your existing kitchen to be removed and disposed of.

Do you do flat pack kitchens?

Our kitchens are Australian made and manufactured locally. They are delivered as complete units fully assembled, ready for installation.

Do you replace or sell single units (eg. a pantry, handles, benchtops)?

We specialise in the sale of complete kitchens but previous customers may add some of our inclusions to their kitchen.

Do you sell appliances on their own and can we provide them ourselves if we want to?

As CNT kitchen is a service and supply cabinetry, we dont sell appliances. However you can ask your designer about professional suggestions of appliances sellection.

How do I look after my kitchen (in terms of cleaning and maintenance)?

On completion we provide you with a brochure with tips on maintaining and enjoying your new kitchen.
